1996 gts normal oil pressure?

with the recommended mobile 1 oil 10-30, what should be the normal oil pressure?
will it change if i switch to 0-40 mobile 1 oil?

bump. switched to 0-40 mobile 1

I just made the change over to 0-40 and I seem to be running around the 50PSI mark for oil pressure - how about yourself?

im right around 50-55.
