- suspension is great, I feel that it handles bumps a little better than the C5
- amazing traction, can't even spin the tires in 1st
- not much fancy features when compared to the C5
- the car gets too much attention
- foot well gets real hot, worse than the TT C5
- poor aerodynamic, above 120 the C5 feels so much more slippery
- decent brakes (2001 now has ABS)
- great steering ratio (much quicker than the C5)
- poor shifter (long throw, mushy)
- offset pedals took a little getting used to
- small interior (if I gain any more weight, I won't feel too comfortable)
- great headlights (much brighter than the C5's)
- funky heat/ac control
- poorer visibility when compared to the C5
- chassis feels nice and stiff
- little head room (my helmet touches the roof)
- visors don't move to the side, no mirrors, no lights
- no cup holder
- more difficult to get in and out when compared to the C5
- not as nice an exhaust sound when compared to a V8
- great pedal placement for heel-and-toe
- nice low rpm torque but no TT rush
- very little storage capacity
- makes me miss the oil temp gauge of the C5
- swallow fuel like there is no tomorrow (the best I managed was under 12mpg)
- takes more concentration to operate in general
- awesome looks (in my opinion)

I love both cars...

????? You sure you were driving a viper, not a 911 turbo? Traction is lousy and the pedal placement is nearly impossible for heel/toe ... unless you're "Flexo-Man, The Amazing Rubber Contortionist!" That gas pedal is waaaay lower than the brake - I sure can't do it - not without serious knee surgery.

Crazy mod? Nah, no mod is crazy.

The Stoptech brakes are coming already.

The fun dream is: LPE 540, when that's get to feel a little weak, add TT.

I was comparing the traction to the TT C5 which doesn't have traction at all.

The pedal placement took some getting used to and play around with seat, pedal, steering wheel adjustments. But I finally got a setup that I really like.

1) So you noticed that too...

2) So what?

3) Dodge? Are you listening? That's the first time I've heard that one in 7 years...

4) Yes - no traction control/stability control/ etc. It's a VIPER, not a vette.
