$300 Gift Certificate from ISG

I got my certificate in the mail today. The only thing that is confusing to me is that I had refused to sign the waiver they sent out. I guess they decided to send them out anyway. Anyone else get theirs?

It is entitled "A Free Gift for our Valued Viper owners"--what a joke, there is nothing free about it except for the fact that this whole fiasco has chewed up a lot of my valuable free time.

I got mine despite declining the so-called accord & satisfaction. But my Viper tech says the system does not show my car needing intake valves?
