491rwh/543rwt w/only bolt on\'s!!
Took my '97 blue/white GTS to my Viper Tech, David Weaver@Maxwell Dodge yesterday for some general service. While he had it, I asked him to dyno it. My blue car has only the following bolt ons: SVSi headers, no cats, Borla exhaust, T&Ds and throttle bodies. On the second pull, it made 480.9rwh, 515.3rwt!! The guys behind my office, build and tune the fastest Supras in the country, their the ones that built my 9 sec street Supra and my 840hp Lexus. They have been using the AEM computers in these cars for a long time. Fortunatley for us, we have our own AEM tuner,Justin. Justin tunes the AEM for the Supras, and was able to get me a AEM for my Viper. We were originally going to put it on my red GTS, but we decided to try it on my "stock" blue car. In two hours, it was installed and running on the dyno. It made 491rwh/ 543rwt!! I guess I'm going to have to get one for my red car now.Check out the graphs, see how much smoother the AEM tuned run is. Got to love those strong '97 Vipers...

SHEEK,NICE NUMBERS ON THE BOLT ONS! 13.8 FOR AN A/F READING ON A VIPER IS A BIT ON THE LEAN SIDE!U MIGHT WANT TO DIAL IT DOWN TO 12.8 TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE AWAY FROM DETENATION.....JUST MY 2 CENTS................CYA SOON ! NORM K
