6TH GEAR??

WHEN I GO THROUGH ALL OF THE GEARS AT REGULAR SPEED 75, IT DOESNT WANT TO GO IN TO 6TH SOMETIMES. PULL IT BACK AND IT LIKE MISSES, JUST SPINS YOU CAN HEAR THE GEARS MISSING, PUT IN 5TH BACK TO 6TH AND IT GOES IN. WHATS UP??

Don't know.My 01 does it when it gets hot during a long drive.Pull straight? back and you get 4th.To get 6th its thumb down and palm away.Side pressure toward the passenger seat and a slow pull.Very balky when the car is warmed up.I think what you are feeling is what I feel.You are hitting between the 4-6 slot.A quirk of the car ?I don't know. Are you pulling down into 6th all the way?... it's kinda funky.
Besides... 6th isn't usable... keep it in 5th and shift into 3rd for the pass.

Sorta just pull her down and push to the far right....

Here in Texas when its hot like it is now, I use 6th gear
alot just to cool the car down on the road....

If I keep the car in a lower gear the temp go too high for me...

I just put her in 6th and about 3 minutes later its driving
much cooler ( and quieter )
