708 Cam installation centerline " Lumpy"

Everyone that has installed a 708 cam as a factory replacement cam. I would like to no what centerline you installed it at or the amount you advanced it or ******** it. Was the cam very choppy at idle after your install? I am trying to find out where to install my 708. I understand that advance will give me low end and vise versa for top end while installing the cam at its recommended centerline will give me a more wider powerband.
