A blind man swiped my Viper. Need help!!!

My RT/10 got side swiped by some clown who doesn’t check his mirrors or the blind spots. Even though it’s a minor damage (a deep set of scratches on the drivers side of the hood) I am **********, because now I have to waste time on fixing the damage, and go through my insurance again because of some a&&. The hood will need to be repainted, and new side decals are needed, as the one on the drivers side was destroyed. The insurance adjuster is coming tomorrow to inspect the damage. I am just wondering, how much a set of complete decals will run today for my RT/10. They are red on a red car, Would the dealer have them? Should I go for aftermarket ones, or a different colour? Who else makes them?

R&J Distributing makes aftermarket ones. I think a full set is $150 or so. Just hood emblems (from the dealer) for my RT a few years ago ran a few hundred bucks, but Tator or Jon B can get you those. I personally preferred having a contrasting color on my car (silver/chrome) to match the wheels, but it's all personal preference. I know a few guys that have black ones on their red cars down here too.

I tthink Dodge is getting $225 for one side of the emblems nowadays.

I have the polished or chrome or whatever it is logo on my red car. With the chrome wheels it looks really good.

The chrome looks good. I will definitely consider it. And those side pipes look sweet too. Dealer has new “Orange Red” decals for $220 per side. Going to check out R&J Distributing.
