The back up lights are on in the one photo of Bill being censerd.Tells me they are unloading.

That's what we thought but why would the car have woodhouse plates on it already if it was being delivered from the factory

Car looks rather \high for the adjustable suspension in the pics. Does the dealer have to adjust the ride height or is it simply that is has to settle?

I have some ideas about what I'm going to do to those wheels. I hate them too but a few red touches in the right places will do wonders! Lee I hope your car gets off loaded pretty soon too. It's soooooo exciting to finally realize it's not going to be too long before I can drive it home!

Maybe even alittle tire shine on the rubber and lower the car would do wonders.....:D

Either way great car, good luck on getting it to your house:2tu:

am I the only one that HATE the wheels? They remind me of the Sidewinder wheels on the copperhead. I love everything else about the car but the wheels are terrible. I'm not sure what would look good but those do not do it for me!!
I concur. The black wheels do nothing for the car IMO. Needs chrome or polished badly.

Otherwise awesome cars. :2tu:

I think it looks awesome black wheels and all. When it's on the track kickin ass I doubt the comp is going to say "great car, but the wheels ****."

The car looks incredible...and the wheels are perfect. Chrome/polished would not work on that car!

Wow! I can't believe how many dislike the black wheels. It totally fits the car. Polished wheels would look silly on this car, and chrome would look even worse. I plan on putting a red pinstripe on my wheels. Bill, do you hear me? :)

You will not notice the brake dust on them. I love them as it is just going to scare the hell out of the little german cars in the pit area... I have both the 911 and SRT-10, I was at our DE event at TWS in College Station, Saturday I was in the 911 and I told a friend of mine about the Viper my wife had bought me and had modified. I brought it out on Sunday and with the factory tires and stance at the time still walked all over the Porsches, This one will do it even better as it is purpose built. The cool thing on Sunday was walking around the garages and hearing them talk about the Viper on the front straight screaming throughout the day...That was fun!! Get in and enjoy it and I know our paths will cross at one of these events.

I can't decide about the wheels just from a photo of the car but I'm still leaning toward a thin red stripe around the edge. So far it seems to be split between love the all black or not. We have a Cayman S that has 911 wheels. They were all black so we had them put a red stipe around the edge. They really look awesome now!

That's what I am doing with mine. A red pinstripe will really help separate it from the tires, and accent the calipers.

I'm also considering making them a satin black instead of the gloss black. If you are considering changing the color, a gunmetal color would look good.

Cheryl, as soon as I saw the pics of this car, I knew it was yours. I'm really happy for you and looking forward to seeing it in person one day!

My ACR is in D status and my brothers is in I. My order was placed 2/13/2008. We both ordered black exterior but his has a two tone black/grey interior.

Does anyone else with an order know their status or delivery date?
