? About a car in the \'94 Viewing Forum?

There is a red '94 posted in the '94 viewing forum that has huge HRE's on it - the car is posted by Matt Kovac. Anyone know, or can look and tell me what size those wheels are? Are they 19's or 20's??? The look mean as hell.
