There are indeed cool-looking after-market aluminum cone-shaped, screened vents. ($130) Yes, the outlet is basically directed at a tire, but BRAKE DUCT HOSE takes the air elsewhere!
The 'rumor' is that Dodge saw Viper Days competitors removing the fog lites, and using these holes as brake duct inlets. So Dodge decided to add them to the ACR. Cheap, easy, cool looking. Race tested.
