Mine comes out of the shop on Monday. Blue with Silver stripes. Can't wait! Mark that down as two more.

Then it goes back into the shop to install the full Bellanger exhaust system this week. I can hardly sleep I am so excited.

I went with the factory vent covers and hood pad too.

agreed the wider stipes look much better, i am guessing the thinner ones on the '08's were/are cost saving and or simlify the job of striping the cars

These are the ones Jon B sells, they are not factory OEM but Identical and allot cheaper.

Jon's are the factory ones, no?

Mine were shipped home straight from Detroit, thus I assumed they were the factory grills as they were on national back-order for a period of time. Sure fit and look exactly like the factory ones.

Okay;

Here are the pictures of my 08' Hood and Jon (Partsrack) Vents. The factory hood pad and air scoop water deflector are in the back of the car and still need to be mounted. Color matching turned out pretty good considering I just had the hood painted, NO blending on any of the other body parts. That way I can put the old hood back on, if I need to. Going in for full Bellanger Exhaust System next week. Yipee!

Hey, at least I didn't have to try to match the paint up to my other car, the 1995 Saleen S351R BASF "Mystic Edition Speedster, #95-0010.

The vents from Jon come with little push pins. They just push in. I installed them in all of 5 minutes.
