I know the car, I know the owner. Both are bad for the VCA. Both are much better suited for the Vette Club of America. He's weird and the car is a V8. Definitely sounds like a Vette Club member I've been asking that he be banned from the VCA for a few years now.

I believe this is an act of Yellow blasphemy! When you go slow in a Red RT the exhaust fumes can make you make bad decisions.
