Anyone else getting calls from Chrysler?

As the title says, I am getting calls from Chrysler to find out how I like my new Viper. Funny thing is, the car has still not been delivered. Its been in "shipment" since 5/13. Is there that much of a disconnect between divisions, or just one more example of "growing pains" with the new Viper?

Probably growing pains. However...how cool is it that they are following up with you to see how you like the car. BTW...as you say thats CHRYSLER following up. Not the dealership you bought the car from but the manufacturer you bought it from.

A call from SRT explaining the delay would have been wonderful.

Seems Chrysler isn't very well horizontally integrated. It appears to be a vertically integrated mess.

Chrysler knows the vehicle hasn't been built yet (VOTS), why one Earth are they calling you.
