I am totally confused as to what this covers. I was under the impression that everything related to servicing the vehicle would be covered but it does not seem so. I have to pay for just about anything wrong or needed with the car. So if someone could explain what is covered that would help a great deal.

Thanks in advance

Routine maintenence is not covered. Anything you would ever change doing maintenence (spark plugs, wires) is not covered.

Anything that is "wearable" is not covered. In addition to the obvious things (clutch, brakes, etc), this also includes a lot of suspension components as well.

Literature is available from Chrysler detailing exactly what is covered.

I am really angry that this warranty basically covers nothing. It is a huge disappointment. To tell you the truth, then what the heck is it there for? What a pain. BMW and Mercedes cover EVERYTHING!

I know that when I purchased my extended warranty, it came with a booklet detailing exactly what WAS covered... if your part wasn't on that list, you weren't covered, plain and simple.

Call your dealer and say you need a copy of your warranty terms/details, they should be able to help you.

Other than brakes, tires, and fluid changes, I can't imagine you having to pay for anything the first 3 years/36,000. I'm sure there are some wearable items that are not covered (clutch, etc...), but these should not need replacing before 36,000 miles. Your pretty much covered under the bumper-to-bumper, IMHO. I don't understand were your coming from when you say, "I have to pay for just about anything wrong or needed with the car". Please explain.

P.S. - I can't imagine the AC not being covered under the bumper-to-bumper. I think it is... Mine was covered under the extended. So why would the bumper-to-bumper not cover a AC repair? Am I wrong?
