Anyone know where this hose goes?

My friend is looking at a 2000 rt/10/ Upon popping the hood he found hose with a 90 degree bend in it that was broken. Anyone have any idea where it goes?

Looks like it goes to that broken t fitting right above it

There is a sticker towards the front on driver side under the hood that shows line routing.
