Anyone seen this SRT??

I found these on Flickr. Has anyone seen this orange SRT in person? If so, do you have bigger pics? It looks great with the black wheels and lowering. Looks like the wheels have an outer rim pin stripe.

It looks like a red car to me?
There was one for sale not that long ago that had a red matching line on rim, just like in the pic
