As a new member, when can I expect to install an Avatar and Signature? Is is after so many posts or time ?

I see you've got your VIN registered. Fire a quick PM to Lee00blacksilverGTS asking for your forum status to be upgraded. Then you can "avatar"...but make sure it's Viper related (not large blue jungle dwellers).
