I am going to bleed the brakes on my 2002 ACR and I wanted to know if it is a standard procedure with someone pumping the brakes or is there more to it since it has ABS. I was told by my mechanic that you might have to drain the resevoir also if it has ABS. Can someone give me details

I don't believe the 2002 is any different than the 2003 from a brake bleeding perspective. You don't have to screw with the ABS system to do a normal brake bleed. We use the same method on our ABS-equipped Comp Coupes as you would on any non-ABS Viper. Pump away, or use a pressure bleeder on top of the reservoir.
