Yes, two attaching bolts; 15mm socket and a 6mm allen wrench.
Put your hand over the anti-rattle spring because it will fly off.
Do not unscrew the brake lever arm; the internals can't support the resistance of a rusty bolt. To get the brake cable off, grab the ball end with pliers and unhook them.
You'll turn the calipers upside down etc to powder coat them and the internal self-adjusting mechanism has lots of little parts that catch air. Don't be surprised if you have to bleed twice to get all the air out.
Don't coat the machined shoulder the brake pads hook on - it'll keep the pads from sliding.
