Business dealings with fellow VCA member needs mentioning....

I bought something of considerable value off of David Coates, fellow board member. I sent him the money via Paypal in good faith, waited a few days, finally get an email... "Sorry Bonks, another salesman sold your item before I could get it...."





But....


Without missing a beat, he had already contacted the manufacturer and had them ship out the correct part number direct to me at, what I can only assume, was a financial loss. The part arrived this afternoon looking beautiful in its nice shrink wrapping and I couldn't be more happy.

I have to give credit where credit is due, as a business man myself I would have promptly refunded the money and washed my hands of the situation. Considering the circumstances I think the least I can do is offer up some free advertising...
