The vec 2 does not inject anything. It only triggers a relay. If you want more ****/water, use bigger injectors.

From my conversation with Sean the other day, I am under the impression that you can configure the VEC2 to tell the pump to pump at more than 100% voltage. I can't explain it, though it did make sense while Sean was spoon feeding me the layman's terms. You can control voltage to the pump, as well as when and how much it kicks in. Now...I could be very wrong....I would suggest you speak to Sean for a more detailed explanation. :)

Like Dansauto said, you can also get larger nozzles as well. I am using one larger nozzle in my setup.

or is it maxed out at 100% under PWM RPM
My 2001 GTS is set at 50% under 5K RPM and that is still too much water. Why does your setup need over 100%?

BTW the pump is driven by PWM (Pulse Width Modulation)which controls the pump speed by variying the current, the voltage remain constant. This is the most efficient way to control a DC motor since the starting torque is higher at start up. Increasing the pulse width (duty cycle)increases the current and speed. Hope that helps. Rick

I believe the pump is already adjusted at 140 psi max. The adjustment is a small allen screw recessed at the end of the pump. Max pressure is all the way screwed in. Maybe adjusting the VEC2 to spray earlier on the load will help or just use bigger nozzels as Dan said.
