You have to buy adjustable perches to be able to lower it without buying new springs. Call Jon B at Parts Rack or a local dealer. They are included with the ACR package.

Be careful if you have steep driveways and dips in your neighborhood.

A point of interest, I put a set of Purner 18" wheels and a 30 profile tire on a Gen I. The car ended up approximately 1" lower in the front.

Northwind Engineering (..... http://www.viperclub.org/northwind/ ) also sells a nifty adjustable perch, likely a lot cheaper than the ACR version:

RIDE HEIGHT ADJUSTER........................$249.00 ea.

• Designed to fit over your OE Koni shock absorber or with item 17.
• Adjustable spring platform allows 1 in. ride height adjustment.
• Spring combinations available for street or track.
• Four wheel alignment required after lowering.

and shorter spring caps:

LOW PROFILE UPPER SPRING CAP
a.'92-'95 RT/10..................................$45.00 ea.
b.'96-'01 GTS and RT/10..................................$49.00 pr.
• 9mm shorter than OE spring caps to lower ride height 1/2"-5/8".
• Four wheel alignment required after lowering.

another option is different springs from Eibach and others

With 1.75 coils cut out of front and rear springs it handled incredibly well. Lightning turn-in and stuck like glue in the corners, but I couldn't live with it ... intolerably low. Not a driveway transition made that it wouldn't scrape on. Also real risk of high-centering over convex transitions.

Got another set of stock springs and took out 1 coil in the front and 3/4 in the rear ... perfect. No more clearance problems and it still handles way better than stock.
