Changing Factory Cats

I was thinking about maybe replacing the stock Cats in my 2001 RT 10 with after markets that will make a better sound and maybe add a little horse power. My car does have a Borla Exhaust cat back system on it now. What do you all think would be a good choice and is getting to the cats difficult? I was going to have an exhaust specialist do the changing.

Not difficult. There are 4 or 5 A/M options I think. Ceramic, stainless, etc.
