Yes, I almost got screwed by another car dealer until my Knight in shining armor arrived. I recently purchased my 96 RT/10 in late december of 2002 from Palmer Dodge in Roswell, GA.


The dealer upon my request tried to sell me an extended
service contract. These all sounds great right? Wrong, they tried to sell me a added care plus program which is very inclusive right? Yes it is, however most of the systems covered by this plan don't exist on a 96 rt/10. Plus they wanted to charge me retail and then some for a three year contract. They said that was the max. amount of years I could get!

Well Along came Chuck, he's getting me a four year
service contract with the right program for the systems my rt/10 has! And get this for about 20% less than original from other dealer.

Chuck where have you been all my life!

Palmer Dodge!!

They tried to "do" me on an extended DC warranty and luckily they were so high priced I searched and found the "Tator Man".
Chuck explained to me what was available and how I would benefit from a much less comprehensive DC warranty and sold me exactly what I needed for well under what Palmer was trying to get.
