Yes, it may sound too good to be true... but for Gen-1's- it isnt!
If you want to rebuild and/or change components in your Gen-1 engine, this will be the ticket for you. With this service, you will be able to minimize both the time and effort to rebuild your Gen-1. After you disassemble your engine, we will mail you a sleeve-puller. Simply pop out your sleeves, mail them to us along with your rods and pistons [and crank if need be], And we will do the rest, sending them back machined, assembled and ready to go- allowing a complete rebuild, without actually having to remove your engine!
We will;
-Bore and hone the cylinders,
-Bead-Blast liners
-Replace liner seals
-Design & install the aftermarket pistons onto your OEM rods
-or- Assemble complete aftermarket rods/pistons
-Install rod bearings
-File fit & install your rings
-Install rod/piston/rings into cylinder liners
-Balance Crankshaft [If Neccessary]
-Ship back completed cylinder assemblies w/any requested/needed seals, bearings, etc.
Simply push them into the correct cylinder hole, attach the rod end to the crank, and you are done! No nonsense on your end!
This process will save you the labor to remove the engine block, the hassle of finding a good machine shop, and the shipping costs that can be incurred from shipping around the engine block.
