Beautiful work, man! Now upsize that because I need a coat rack!

Well you gave me an idea and I went with it! Used the cabinet pulls(that were made previous) as hooks. It is only has 2 hooks as I didn't want the wording covered when there are items hanging from them. After all we can't cover up the club name.:D
And it is for viper jackets and coats only!:D

Machined slots for a head of a wood screw(16 inch on center) to be fastened. This will work nicely and will be very secure when hung on the wood screws.

Now for my other project that I finished. This pic shows what was made out of the scrap from the key chain holders.

Here they are all painted and polished.

Great giveaway items at car shows or just for people (kids) looking at the viper when out and about.

Suppose if you can tutorial 30 plus yrs of machining experience in a condensed form then perhaps we can come to a conclusion.Thank you for the comps.........Pending( as that word raises eye brows);)

Okay, so you've got key chain holder and jacket/coat rack taken care of...now it's time for the viper hat rack :eater:.

Well working on more coasters(at the moment) as it is the "Holiday Season" and we all hate those pesky drink rings on our table tops.

ok - so perhaps I am a real dork.

How does one purchase this cool stuff?

Whats a dork?:D

Looks great, I'll take a sneaky pete key holder in black

Thanks and we will see what Santa has to say about you!As I inquire to him directly.(I have his hot line number):)

OK...where are you selling this stuff? I want some stuff

Santa is asking if you have been good?I will check his response and see if you are getting a Christmas present or coal.:)

THERE HERE!!!!!! And the quality is AWSOME!!!!!!!!

Pics to follow.........:2tu::headbang::2tu:

Thanks ;);)

Speaking of projects. Here is my latest(latest) item.A member (Baz UK) asked me if it was possible to make some cabinet door handle pulls. He is going to have a custom garage for sure.Only one like it in Britain.:D
So that idea didn't sound to difficult. So head first I went into this project.
The head dia is approx 1 3/8 the body is 5/8 and it is drilled and tapped for a 10/32 screw.Over all length is about 1 1/16.
This pic is of the first prototype ones made. The small Pete was just that,it was to small. So I made that logo bigger,,,as the middle one shows. But is was to far down on the face of the knob. Moved the logo up just a bit as the far left one shown is the final product.I was tinkering with putting the word viper on it,as shown in pic.But it looked like to much clutter on the face of it.I think just the logo and wording is perfect. After all every one knows that the logo is that of a viper, right?:dunno::smirk:

These were made on a turning center(Mazak) then the secondary operation was made in a machining center.Made a soft jaw in vise to accept the 5/8 body.Took an end mill and faced off the top for a nice smooth finish. Then etched the wording on it.After that a prepolish was needed, and then ready for either painting or anodizing.I chose to paint a few to see how they would look.
