Here is a friend's black '08 Viper coupe with a silver ACR style stripe added. Give some opinions, how does it look?

Tony

Do you have a head on shot? Tasteful...but I think wider might look a little bit better.

Not liking it :(

On another note, RC should have posted up pics of the V with the new wheels on, a long time ago!

Jason, that is my V in the background. :)
I just got finished griping at RC and found out. :D

The wheels look SERIOUSLY sick though!! Now I'm looking at white CTS-V's again...damn you. Would look sick with a finish like Cody had on his ZR1 at DvH.

needs to be bigger and have accent stripes like the ACR, or just one solid stripe at least twice as wide.

I think it looks awesome at its unique width! It looks to be a flat stripe instead of gloss, I would love to see the close up pics!

Looks good, however, if the stripes was doubled in size, it'd look better. Also, just an idea, but if he doubled it, but made the other half red, that would look good too.

The ACR factory drivers stripe flares towards the rear. Not sure of exact dimension but something like 3-3/4 on nose to 5" on rear.
Someone posted it exactly very recently.

Andy, I think this one is not as wide as the OEM stripe. Here is one close-up pic, need to take some more pics. Someone mentioned it is a matte color, they are correct. Matte silver metallic.

It is a reinforced carbon-like vinyl. Definitely more durable than regular vinyl stripes would be.

Kinda looks like duct tape in that close up. I vote for widening to an ACR stripe.

Got your pm Tony, I like where you're going with the idea and a little tweaking and it should work!

Looks really good! An accent stripe ~ twice the width next to it would look even better IMO.
