I stopped by Dan's while Doug was there. Great to finally meet him. We couldn't stay too long or Dan's car would never get finished. Doug is truly a great guy and obviously his customer service surpassed even his great reputation. For those out there looking at different tuners just realize why Doug did this. Dan is no internet whiner, Doug just came up because he wants his customers car running perfectly. Enough said!

Dan, great to hear of your excellent experience with DLM.
Main reason I went with DLM. Doug is one of the most supportive tuners I have ever dealt with. I gave Doug the extra time to build my car and never regretted it. My car has been phenomenal and running strong for over two years. Having that kind of support and reliability Doug is the best!!!!!

Man, I wish I lived up there.... Sounds like FUN! After being DLM's customer for nearly 3 years now, it doesn't suprise me he did that.!! He will do anything for his customers, even if he ends up loosing money!
He has bent over backwards for me at his expense. I will never forget what you've done for me Doug. Do I still owe you any money since you gave me my car without the bill even being close to being paid?
