I tried searching other posts on the maximum bore size, but still can not find anything. Does anyone know:dunno:

Stock bore is 4.030. Generally .060 is max, but Greg Good or any other tuner should know for sure. Always stay with the minimum amount of metal removal as possible. If you can get away with .010 over, do it instead of going to max. Pistons can be custom made in just about any size.

I had 4 cylinders damaged when the top of the pistons cracked. It looks like I need to go .030 over.
