Looks like your '96 has the newer front bumper ('98 and up) that didnt have covers for the fog lights.

you sure about that? My '98 has fog light covers....

The fog light covers were removed for cosmetic reasons only. Yes, they did come with fog light covers.

It has the fog light covers. I just don't have them on because I don't like them.

The 95' is going back together well. I will install headlights tomarow and then I just need the hood and bumber cover back from the body shop.
