I haven't checked my 2001 RT/10's emissions sticker (it's retired for the winter), but I'd assume it's up pretty soon in Connecticut.
My question is has anyone taken theirs into an emissions center and what was their experience?
Heck I don't valet park my car. Nevermind have some 18yr-21yr old minimum wage kid drive my car onto a spinning dolly and shifting my gears to measure the CO2, CO, N, and whatever else coming out my tailpipe.
I'm probably worrying about nothing. But I feel like I will be taking my baby into see the doctor... only I trust my doctor, not these clowns. They shouldn't require any car under 5 years old to take an emissions test. It's all just a blatant taxing scam to raise revenue IMHO. $30 just to give me a sheet of paper that I already know will list "Pass".
That is until I put some NOS in, aftermarket headers, new exhaust system, etc.
Speaking of which, anybody ever fail emissions due to some after-market upgrades?
