Mighty impressive considering The McLaren F1 took 6.3 sec in 0 - 100.

I think that 0 to 100 mph speed is when the ferrari will be inside a jet and the jet is taking off.....I hate those modified speed reports....really now...

Ditto on the Kph 0-100 time frame, that equates to our 0-60 Mph times here in the US. Big difference! Remember the NASA Mars shot where somebody forgot to convert from english to metric or vice versa, and the probe slammed into the surface of Mars, when it should have made a soft landing. Same thing here, somebody forgot to mention that they were using metrics for their 0-100 time!

Yeah, I saw that and had the same reaction. At first I thought, maybe they'll provide a "tuned" car to the magazines that achieves 0-100 in 4 sec, but the production cars aren't as fast. Then I figured it was some sort of typo, or something got lost in the translation from Italian, because 4 sec is so far from anything else that has been attained, e.g., the McLaren F1.

The numbers are off a cliff with a JATO rocket. I didn't see any mention of the 100-0 segment, but it could be even faster!

I'll worry about an F car if one ever runs long or fast enough to pass my sorry behind ;-)

I guess your talking about that guy with the bolted on JATO's, i couldn't believe that story! But anyway, Let Ferrari claim 0-100mph in 3 seconds for all i care, i'm just gonna laugh when they finally test and find there off by about 5 seconds!!!

You're saying C&D got it wrong?? Another instutution tainted. Ok, Mixing up the units is the only answer...But the prior sentence reads: "Ferari's top-speed goal for the new car exceeds <FONT COLOR="Red">200 <u>M.P.H</u>."..</FONT c>
