The Viper use "regular" non-sillicone brake fluid, same as every other cars.

Spend the extra money and change over to Dot 4. I use Motul 600.

Agree with Tracy ...upgrade to Mopar DOT 4 for street use.

Upgrade to Motul 600 RBF. It's still a non-silicone, has a much higher boiling point but...most important...it absorbs water at a much less rate than others. It's only about $10 a bottle.

Do not go to a Dot5 silicone without a complete flush of old fluid, it is not compatible.
