And Damn am I happy! Sounds really loud, and pops like crazy. Wish it was a bit deeper sounding, but im not going to complain.

And saves a nice chunk of change over those expensive catbacks. If you want more sound and a little more HP do what Plum suggests.

OBD-II vehicles are plug-in tested, not sniffed.
Mine just passed again with HF cats.
Cat-back exhaust, or any exhaust, has no effect on emissions.
Install the HF cats for a little more sound, cooler temps. and a few more HP.

Does the size of the pipe really make a difference? from a 2.5inch pipe (stock) to 3inch? When I got my muffler cut out, they just used the 2.5inch pipe to replace because the inlet for the tips were that size.

Sound differnce? Yes, 3 " is louder than 2.5"
Power difference? Yes, because most all catbacks come with higher-flowing (louder) mufflers.
Headers, Hi-flow cats, and a 3" catback have been documented on many dynos to add HP. You can get a range of HP from say 25 - 50 at the rear wheels.
The stock exhaust is not bad, but the flex pipes will eventually deteriate. But, for all the time they are deteriating, they usually reduce flow!
