Fitting harnesses in 02 RT/10 need advise

Just bought a set of harnesses and didn't know if there was any thing to look out for or to do during install..
Just had a look under the seat and can't see the locating bolt hole..
I also need the eye bolts to mount the harnesses.
Is it possible to keep the stock belts as well??
