Fix for aging headlight plastic lens

This is usually Newport's territory...

I was sick of looking at my headlight looking cloudy and sandblasted from debris over the years, so I tried Meguiar's PlastX plastic lens polish.

Below are the before and after pics. I highly recommend the product. It doesn't make the lens look brand new mint, but it does put the gloss back on the lens and takes off any yellowing.

you can also wet sand and buff the headlights and they will look brand new....

you can also wet sand and buff the headlights and they will look brand new....

I've buffed lenses before using a cotton wheel and a white stick compound. As long as you watch the heat buildup, then yes, they will return to new.
