Fluttering sound from rear wheel after tire change

I just had four new MPSS tires put on. I didn't even notice the sound until I had it home and took it out again for a drive. It's coming from the rear passenger side wheel. The sound is most audible when it is echoing off something next to it (cars, trees, street curb, etc). The car drives fine.

Sounds like it's coming from the caliper.

The dust shield on the back side is barely touching the rotor. You don't need to remove the wheels to check, roll under and and pull it away.
or the ebrake pad, pull up the ebrake a few clicks while coming to a stop to see if it go's away. Not the caliper as the noise would go away once you hit the brakes.

Wrong generation. GEN 1/2 use mechanical engagement of the main caliper for e-brake.

It was the parking brake cable rubbing against the rotor. The clip that holds the cable in proper position must have broken off. Easy fix thankfully.
