Front sway bar

How hard is it to remove the front sway bar ? I am going to the track soon and wanted to see if there is a difference with removing it. And how long would it take to remove it and then re installing it ? thanx guys

I've never done it on a Viper, but when I took my truck wheelin, I just removed the link on one side. The bar remained but was completely non-functional. Certainly easier to do than removing the entire bar.

Just unbolt the u bolts from the chassis and the links from the wishbones, be careful there, they are into the wishbone on a taper I think and those wishbones crack easily. Think you will find the handling a bit unbalanced !

It's not difficult to remove completely. Four bolts to the frame and an end bolt on each side. It doesn't make the Viper undrivable on the street, but you could do it at the track and compare before and after times.
