I have a 2000 GTS. I love everything about it, but the exhaust sound is very disappointing. Im looking to find options to increase the sound of the exhaust. Does anyone have any recommendations/suggestions?

I think the two most common and best options Viper owners go for are either the Borla cat back system or Corsa cat back system. Tons of threads in here about exhaust systems if you start searching. Another common one is straight pipes that replace the current muffler system.

I love this demo of sound: https://youtu.be/4KUiF1_FVLw

Here's a video of the installation of a Snake Oyl muffler delete on my 2000 RT10. I'm the bald guy in the video so be nice. At the end of the video there is a before and after comparison with drive-bys. I have been told by some other Viper owners that it is the best sounding viper ever, and they are usually surprised that it is only the rear muffler delete. The idle dbs are the same, but when you step on the go pedal, it's throatier, and when you let off the gas and engine brake, it's marvelous.

Very good remark. The GTS is in its own league, however the sound is.. Hmm.. Inexistant.
Borla ? Corsa? Sure they're good, depending on what you want.
First step would be to get rid of the muffler. That's 80% of the way to a nice sound for the least amount of time and bucks possible.
Wanna get a bit of performance on top of that? Well, get some high-flow cats, they'll make your sidesills way cooler and get you a better exhaust flow.
Detail: you might add an "H" connection for both exhaust pipes, right before the exhaust tips. It will help "balance" the exhaust flow a bit and get a better and more "even" feel under acceleration.
Want it all the way? Well, you can go with full headers (Belanger, Borla..) and the complete exhaust system. It will perform very well, sound exquisite, but it will require a few bucks right there.
Your car, your choice!
