Obviously this feature is to make it easier to get rid of extra gas. I'm kinda disappointed they're not offering a tow hitch on the Viper as standard equipment.

As stupid as this feature seems for a viper, I would be tempted to start the car as I walked up to it. Leaving the car out of gear while parked isn't a great idea, but still, they do sound cool from the outside on startup.

Um.... NO. We will have to talk to the marketing folks... The Viper does have the new Passive Entry / Keyless Go system, but it does NOT have Remote start... you will not see that on the Viper due to it only coming with a manual transmission.

Perhaps in the future the scripts for this type of video should require an SRT Engineer's approval so this does not happen again.
