Going on first trip in Viper (10 Hour) any suggestions?

Ended up taking a nail in the rear runflat. Can these be plugged from outside and hold, or inside plug only. Stuck in the mountains of Nc.

Everyone else here will tell you to replace your tires with PS2s right not.

A plug will get you home or till you can have the tire unmounted and patched from the inside. Plug kits are available at almost any gas station.
