i'll take a pic of my install when its done, but basically i removed the windshield washer fluid bottle, drilled a couple holes and mounted it there.

Mine can be bought at any stores selling air compressor filters, I believe I purchased it at sears awhile ago, it has an in and out, I connected the out back to the intake, works great no oil getting to the intake, I accumilate aprox 1/2 an inch of oil on a very hard 300 miles.

That looks like what I have, those fittings can be changed to any hose size at any hardware store, I can't remember what my sizes are but I used all stock hoses.
