I don't personally care for the rack or the custom graphic. Is it painted on? Get rid of that and someone might get a good deal on the car. The hood is lined up ok and I also like the hard top and '97 wheels.

I'm with ya, the rack and the graphic (sounds like it's vinyl) need to go, and it DEFINITELY needs a good detailing. Not a bad car, but Big you're right, the person has NO idea how to sell a car.

I think the only thing I like about that car is the original window sticker. The snake graphic looks like crap, a luggage rack, the snake tail by the gas door, etc. Excuse me while I go puke. He has a GTS in his garage, I HOPE he has taken better care of it. I kinda doubt it since he's even got stupid graphics on his garage door!! This is proof positive that money can't buy taste!!

Does the KBB really say that this 95 with 67k miles is worth almost $34k?

I looked on KBB.com and in good condition, trade in value is $27,200. Private party value is $31,490. Suggested Retail value is $37,880 in Excellent condition (only choice for suggested retail value). I used 90210 as the zip code because that area usually gives the highest values.

Fugly is an understatement. I would disagree that this is a good deal. Not worth more than $30,000 with that kind of mileage. Now here's a good deal http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Dodge-Viper-1993-DODGE-VIPER-RT-10-6K-MILES-CUSTOM-WHEELS-RT-10_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ6209QQihZ004QQitemZ140025466594QQrdZ1
I was very close to purchasing this car but he did not have the title in hand and I had to wait another month before he was going to get the replacement. Although not a perfect car, it was damn nice for the price. Someone got a very good deal on it at $31K

I wouldn't change a thing. But that's nostalgia talking. This was the very first Viper I ever saw, the only thing different about it now is the rear wing.
I was on a family vacation passing through the badlands in South Dakota. As we passed one of those "scenic view" parking area's I noticed the car and yelled for my dad to stop. He hit the brakes and backed up to pull into the parking area. There we met the owner and his wife. They were both very nice, and let me take 100 pictures, sit in the car, look under the hood, etc. I was 14 at the time, and that day was the day I got "snake bit".

No one ever forgets the first Viper they see..
