I just got back from a trip to Albuquerque and back. My V1 paid for itself on 1 trip. The secret is to get about 100 yards behind someone and use them to pick up the radar, that gives you enough time to slow down. I got the refurbed unit, and it was a little cheaper. It's a great unit, but its NOT a sure thing.

I just got mine upgraded, and guess what, another ticket yesterday! That's 2 in exactly 1 month. The upgraded version beeps at everything that has a heartbeat. I still haven't figured it out.
I may as well toss this thing.
