You missed a golden opportunity. I DESPISE hypocrites. This cop was the ultimate. You should have asked the judge if you could ask the officer these questions:
1) Are you a Christian and attend regular church services with your wife and children?
2) At church, did they teach you about the TEN Commandments?
3) If you tell us there was NO other traffic, and there was, would you consider it bearing false witness against thy neighbor, or lying? (Stealing money too)
4) Did you consider the oath you took as an officer AND the one you took today when you swore on the BIBLE to tell the truth?
5) Do you think you will end up in hell, while your wife and children are next to Jesus? FOR ALL ETERNITY, and is this worth it?
This only works on people who go to church, but man when they do, the guilt breaks them every time.
