Has anyone here chromed their supercharger housing?

Before we get in to a debate about chrome retaining heat, all I want to know if anyone here has chromed a turbo or supercharger housing and what they have personally experienced by doing so.

im guessing but that might hurt you. heat is always an issue and chrome will not help that
