HAS DC CANCELLED THE VIPER?

Anyone know what to make of this?

It's on one of the VOI.9 Vipers (White/Blue Stripes)....

Does it mean the LAST VIPER BUILT or does it mean the last VOI.9 Viper built?

There are Vipers with higher VIN numbers than this one so it doesn't mean the highest VIN.

Or do they (DC) do this at the end of each model year run?

Or, <gasp> is it a proclamation?
