I was installing a 93 tune and in the middle of sending 'tune" to pcm the SCT prog. "Blinked", them read,
"error code 11 OBD
Noautodetect"
Then programmer wouldn't proceed to do anything. When i tried to read/access other DTC codes etc, the same "error code 11..." came up. Car won't start either. Called Sean Roe, who I bought it from, and he didn't have any idea??? (Very distressing to say the least) He told me to check fuses and to call Dan Cragin. Dan was nice enough to talk to me about a programmer, I bought from someone else, and suggested the battery. After getting a new battery, installing it, nothing changed.
Left message this a.m. for Sean to call me (first point in SCT Disclaimer states that the "dealer" is responsible at this point). Not sure what he might know this a.m. that he didn't know last night so I thought I would see if anyone else has had a similar problem and how they resolved it. I have left a message at SCT tech support and will try them again this a.m. when they open.
Mike at XVIPERS is del. a spare PCM to me to check and see if the SCT erased my PCM.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
My new SS coupe is sitting dead behind a fence at a construction site...with rain forecasted for next 3 days to make matters worse
Thanks
