Help! Who Owns This RT/10 in Roe Clip?

This is my favorite RT/10 sound clip, taken at Sean's garage. I asked him what work was done to this car, but he did not do the work. It sounds awesome and just was trying to understand what mods would produce that sound...aside from the Roe SC.

Sure is! Because of that, I asked Sean what kind of work it had. He said he didn't know, because he didn't do the motor work.

So, thought I'd take a shot at seeing if anyone knew the car and whether the owner is a VCA member.

From listening to it, my best guess (because of how quickly it returns to idle) is headwork with stiffer valve springs and I'm sure other head mods (roller rockers, etc). Though I know the stock cam is "loapy" (sp?), sounds like car has stronger cam, plus 3" exhaust.

Still, those are guesses, but if I had to shoot for the type of motor that makes that sound, this would be it.
