I have seen all of the negative posts about HMS. I have had an unpleasant experience with the tuner so far.(I placed a $2500 order with him a month ago and things are running way behind) But I also believe that this forum is to inform everyone of the truth not just the bad. Tonight I emailed John telling him how aggrivated I was about the situation and wanted to know where he stood. Based on everyone's posts I assumed I would have to wait days for a responce if I even got one at all. To my surprise he emailed me within seconds. He said "I WILL GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF FOR YOU. THANKS FOR YOUR EMAIL BACK AND I WILL UPDATE YOU WITH A SHIPPING STATUS ASAP,

Now talk is cheap and we will see where he is going with this but at least he took the time to respond. I think everyone deserves a second chance. I will let everyone know how things go from here. I just think if he is trying to do the right thing (at least by me) it's worth mentioning. I am so quick to post the negative stuff, thought I would do the right thing and post the positive stuff too. We'll see how it goes.
